Specs: Windows 7
I have an old Palm pilot TX. It has frozen and I can't open my address book or other files.
I also can't get it to upload information to my computer to back up files.
Any help would be wonderful.

Best

You might consider a reset, here are options for you

Theoretically there are many people who are able to run the 6.2 variation of the software in windows 7.

You might try clicking on it and running it under windows xp compatibility mode.

Otherwise you may have to use a bluetooth sync.

Thanks for the suggestions. The soft reset didn't work, I'm afraid.
I can't do a hard reset as I haven't been able to complete a hot sync and so would lose all my data.
When I load the latest palm drivers it starts to load and then I get a message that the programme can't access the internet. This is strange as the programme itself is a down load. I have tried to complete hot syncs, but they always fail with the computer saying it can't establish a connection.
Any more thoughts would be really welcome!

Cheers

Richard
