Can I assume that you posted using the same modem & router that you mentioned? If so, your connection to the internet is working. What are you trying to download & what error message are you getting? Always make a note of the error message & search it, on Google. Post it here if you still don't get anywhere.

Are you connected from the router to the TV or Blu-ray? Does the blu-ray or tv support a wireless connection or are we using a cable? Some how you must connect whichever device has your internet plug in (I suspect the blu ray). Have you tried running an ethernet cable (looks like a wide phone jack plug) from one of the 4 spots on the router to the blu-ray with same pluggin? Then try accessing netflix. Does the blu ray have netflix offered as a feature. Some even have a netflix button you push on the remote and voila. Make sure you have the input on the tv set to the correct spot if you are going through the blu-ray dvd player. Hope this helps, and if it support wireless we can through after we atleast make a connection. When you connect to netflix the first time your device will be given a code to enter a bit later.
