i have a dlink router with password

trying to reset but i dont have my admin password trying to put a wep password to block my wireless cant use cause its open and all other people keep using it any one know how i can go around and reset it to new. so i can set a new password

You don't need a password to reset the router. All you need is a paper clip and use to press the reset button in the back of the router. This will reset everything to its default values including the password.

The default user name is Admin and password is blank.

Everything will then need to be reconfigured for which you will probably need the manual which tells you everything you ever wanted to know about your router.
