The free space is on your C drive. It shows you have 119.09 gigs of space left on the partition.

Actually it is not free space for drive C: It is an extended partition on the same physical drive a drive C: without any logical drives allocated to it. As it is it is inaccessible to the operating system. If you leave it as it is it will never get used.

The Dark Blue indicates a primary Partition. The Green indicates an Extended partition. A logical drive will be pale blue edged with green.

You have two choices at the moment. Create a logical drive within the partition and uses it as a separate data drive or delete it and extend Drive C: into the spaced it occupies. Or you could delete the partition and create another primary partition.
