If you're asking about a system with a Core i3 CPU (likely an i3-2100?) & you're using the integrated HD Graphics 2000, there is no dedicated graphics memory. The memory is 100% shared. You may be able to change the base allocation amount in the BIOS (32MB, 64MB, 128MB, etc), but that doesn't make it "dedicated". Dedicated is physical memory used solely for graphics.

If you're attempting to change the memory setting for gaming purposes, I doubt it will help gaming performance. You need a physical graphics card with it's own dedicated graphics memory. 1GB should be considered minimum these days, preferably GDDR5. Try lowering your game settings & gaming resolution.
