I dropped it and now it won't get passed the windows starting what should I do but I can access the recovery manager but I do not know what I need to do in the recovery and how I could make me a boot up disk now since I didn't make one before this happen Please help
A technician who posted here said dropping a laptop or spilling liquid on it is the most frequent reason that components (including the motherboard) need to be replaced.
