How about an example of what happens? What do you mean it can download but has a problem saving?
There is a download folder in my documents, better check there. You know the real meaning of peace only if you have been through the war.
If it downloaded, then it saved on your hard drive. If you want help, then answer the questions, and give full descriptions.
