|There are freeware bootdisk ISO files you can get to fix this login issue. One is called KonBoot. There is a free version and a version you will have to pay for. Depending on your operating system, you can use the free version to get into your operating system. Just burn the ISO file to a CD disk and boot off it from the BIOS boot menu, sometimes the F12, or F11 key will bring you into the boot screen. Run the ISO and wait for the program to boot to your welcome screen. Then just press enter without entering a password. Then you can go into the control panel, users, and change your password or create a new user.|
Lastly, KonBoot might offer files to be placed on a USB flash drive if you cannot understand what to do with the ISO file.
