I can't hear sound from system

I am having a problem with the sound on my laptop it shows this yellow sign on one of its Conexant Audio drivers(%NOAUDIO.DeviceDesc%) but on the Audio and Legacy Audio Codec symbol i cant see the drop down pane to enable the device under disk usage.I want to know if it is the sound card that has a problem or something else

You need to install correct driver fro Sound Chip:
