I inserted my USB Flash disk into the drive, but its showing me 4 drives with drive letters E, F, G, H in windows explorer under my computer.

I reinstalled win XP SP2 whilest the disk in the drive, after i finished it was requesting me to format it, but it was saying windows cannot complete format. By then it was showing me one removable in windows explorer, but now if I inserted it its showing me four removable disks
