Specs: Windows 7

When I reformatted my pc, file i386 halaacpi.dll error code 7 was shown and cannot continue. how to solve this. thanks for helping.

If you are consistently getting this error after reformatting one more time (as in same file error), the most common issues (in order) are: 1. bad disc (scratches, etc.), 2. bad DVD drive, and 3. bad hard drive.

#1 can easily by checked by making a copy of your Windows disc. If you get errors trying to copy it, the disc is bad. If not, boot from the copy. If you can't, try using an external DVD drive or swap in a different one temporarily. If that still doesn't work, try a different hard drive.

I agree with the_nextbear2, most people don't know how to store their disc properly.
