The 300W power is going to severely limit your choices. What's the purpose of the upgrade? If it's a gaming card you're looking for, probably the best you can do is a Radeon HD 6670. Make sure to get the GDDR5 version:

From the picture I Googled, it looks like a normal mini-tower so unless it is a compact case, a normal video card.
If you are into more serious gaming, consider upgrading your power supply as well so you have more choices, but that would require a slightly larger budget since a significantly better card would be close to or over your $100.00 limit.
