I am not able to max out my Video RAM in BIOS

Specs: Windows 7, 1.73 / 2 gigs 5300
I would like ot kow ifsomeone has a way to allocate more Shared Ram to my Video Chipset. I am running a Gateway MX8739 witha 945 chipset mobile video ingerated.

Can't unless someone modified the bios.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

So how is it that the specs give me a max video RAM Shared that goes too 224 and no way to get there. Very limited I sated. If anyone has info on an Mobile Intel 945chipset family please reply.

It will only increase the Video Memory when it is called for by the Operating System and the Programs you are running. This is by design to preserve battery life etcetera...
