Is this your manual: http://126.96.36.199/00_downloads/m... MAN that is an old board.... The manual does not have a true photo of the board so I cannot say "look here" but the batteries on all motherboards that i have ever seen have been of the 'coin' shaped variety and should appear as a silver disk around the size of a quarter or a little bit larger. You should see on close inspection a + or - sign and a model number on it and it should be easily removable with a small screwdriver but do not force anything.
You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
