Specs: Windows XP, CPU 3.06GHz/1GB
Switching between DirectX and OpenGL does not help. I need an accelerated graphics card with shader support. I can't find such a graphics card for my 3.06 GHz Pentium 4 computer.

According to this page: https://support.google.com/earth/an...
the recommended graphics requirements are:

a card which is DirectX9 and 3D capable with 256MB of VRAM

It doesn't even mention Shader support.

Any modern card with it's own dedicated RAM, even a cheap basic one, meets the above requirements so I can't understand why you say you can't find one. Unless your PC is so old that it doesn't have any PCI slots, which is very unlikely for a Pentium 4 machine.
