hi folks, hope you have a great start of 2009.

i have a concern, do Driver and DLL different? if so, what are the difference?

i have MP3 player[zune] and everytime i plug it in to the PC, it asks me to install the driver software, so i install it. no luck!

error message: "Cannot continue the HW update wizard. The wizard couldn't find a better match for your HW and the software you currently have installed"

sometimes i see CODE10 in the device manager.

i tried uninstalling, reinstalling auto/manually updating it [c:\Program Files\Zune\Zune.inf]. tried different usb port without hub still no luck.

what seems to be the problem? any idea?

XP SP3; IE ver7; highspeed internet;

I'm just asking for a lil help. Pls bear with me, masters.

Skip past the installation stuff that gets requested..ie..ignore it/close it...

Double click on "my computer" instead & note if there is an extra "removable disk" there once you've connected your mp3 player...if so...double click on it & hopefuly it will show whats on your player...then you should be able to delete/transfere music as if the player is seen as another drive etc....
