Solved HP Proliant ML350 G3 wont show POST

Hi all, I have got an HP Proliant ML350 G3 Server I have turned it on but all it does is keeps rebooting constantly with out showing the POST, I know there is an internal problem as the health light is on RED any ideas or thoughts would be great

Needs a new system board. You can try re-seating the CPUs, but realistically you'll need a system board.

Problem solved!, The second processor was not seated correctly nor was the VRM I assume they got dislodged in transit, I am so thankful that I don't have to get a new mother board!

This just goes to show that ALL of the facts are important. If you said that you had moved the server from place to place then it might have been suggested to look for dislodged components and connectors since it was obvious that it happened just after moving the server. Please try to include all facts in the future, it does help a lot.
Glad that it was an easy fix though...

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
