HP product suffixes....meanings?

OK, i work at staples and sell alot of stuff, and people will bring it crappy wal mart ads etc. and say we are selling an HP PSC 950, wal mart might have a PSC 950xi or 950w or somethin with these suffixes on them...
WHAT do they mean, and is there a list somewhere, that i can print out and show these computer illerate people what they DO NOT want?

The products with 2 letters after the model names are available only to HP authorized resellers or vice versa. The products are the same it just means you can't try and comp ad someones ad because the model is different.

HEY ADAM...I WORK AT STAPLES TOO.....where are you at?...
what the prefix means is that walmart got a crapier version of the computer we got...they always get celerons or durons...staples most of the time had intel's and athons.. at least that is all I let the customers know about....
it's funny thought...I haven't had anyone come in with an ad from walmart asking that question...but I'll be on the lookout...
