I do not use my printer very much and was wondering, can I just unplug it and leave my installed software and drivers installed or do I have to uninstall the software and reinstall it every time I want to use it.

I switch off (same thing as if you unplug) printers when not in use. You don't have to uninstall software unless you install different printer.

You don't need to uninstall software even if you install a different printer. I currently have 4 different printers and a scanner installed on this computer.

Thank You, will turn it off and unplug so I can put it away and just leave the software and drivers.
