The AMD A4-3305M (Codename Llano) is a dual-core processor for entry level laptops. It is part of the Fusion family of APUs (=Accelerated Processing Units) and features an integrated Radeon HD 6480G graphics card. The processor core is clocked at 1.9 GHz base clock speed and is able to automatically overclock up to 2.5 GHz (TurboCore, depending on temperature and used cores.

Your video adapter that's integrated into the APU has a decent amount of video memory available to it, nearly 2 gb.

See riider's response 3

I have no idea whether you can upgrade the APU to get a better integrated video adapter along with it.
That's easy to determine for a desktop computer that is generic and has a retail mboard model, but probably difficult or impossible to determine for your laptop..

Your model has no ExpressCard slot, so you can't do what is described in the last part of response 2.

Full model number of the system is required.
U can't upgrade the video card.
Newer processors have GPU inside so the only way to change it is to upgrade the CPU.
Why do u think u need new CPU?

"Full model number of the system is required."

Go here:
http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx
Scroll down a bit.
Look for the similar label on the outside of your computer.
Quote the specific Model number
Quote the Product number (P/N)
....

If it has onboard video - a video adapter built into the mboard - you MAY be able to increase the amount of memory the onboard video uses by changing a setting in the bios, but that won't help much regarding the performance of the video.

Some high end laptop models that you pay more money for have an actual video card that you can remove. In that case, rarely, there is a better card that works in the same oddball mboard slot you can upgrade to.

If you wouldn't mind using an external monitor, there IS a way to upgrade to a significantly better video adapter, but you may not like that it costs ~ $200 - $300 to do that.

"can i upgrade my HP pavilion g6 A4 to A6/a8 or intel and video card?"

You can't install an Intel CPU in an AMD system, the hardware is completely different. And your laptop doesn't have a CPU or a video card, it has an APU, so the only thing you may be able to do is upgrade the APU. But where would you buy one & who would do the work?

"i want to upgrade it because its hanging up ... when my google chrome tab reaching to morethan 7"

That has probably got absolutely nothing to do with the video adapter - it's probably a software problem.

You need to describe in much more detail under what circumstances this problem happens.

There may be troubleshooting info about your problem and what to do about it that can be accessed via the web page for Support for Google Chrome.

Have you tried un-installing Chrome and installing it again ?
.....

The usual reason for someone wanting to upgrade the video adapter on a laptop or netbook is they're getting poor performance from a game, or the game produces an error message and won't run because the video adapter doesn't have enough ram dedicated to it.

You have a software problem, NOT a hardware problem. And I don't understand everyone's infatuation with Google Chrome. Most people try to avoid having spyware on their system & sometimes have to pay someone to remove it, now they're installing it voluntarily!

"Opera is about to turn into a spyware if Facebook purchase them..."

Yeah, that's a real bummer. Been using it as an alternate since '96 (v2.x - desktop). Downloaded the latest Portable Apps version (v11.64) just in-case...

Still have 16-bit versions (v3.62) working on Win3.x machines with few problems...
