Comment: Hello All. I have a HP Officejet K80 that has a problem. When I Scan-to Email an image, it attaches the file as a Tiff, which is too large in size (1 MB to 10 MB). The HP software is set to compress scans to JPG but it leaves them in tif form. Any idea why the compression is not taking place?
