Ok, this might get confusing. I bought an HP officejet d135 at a yard sale withOUT the power cable. Then I bought a defective officejet 7130 from goodwill to get its power adapter. I successfully powered up the d135, but it said the magenta print-head needed replaced, so I figured I'd steal it from the 7130. The 7130 powers up but gets stuck on "self-test" and then "turn power off and then back on" over and over. I tried pulling the ink cartridge out of the 7130 with my hands, but it's stuck. If I can get past the loop of Self-test and powering off and on, maybe I can get the print head. I managed to push back a little white thing in the way of the cartridge holder, but it's still stuck. I also got to a unit test by pressing buttons, but didn't get anywhere. I don't have a usb connection to my computer yet, but I'd like to get it fixed ,if I can, before I run out of time to return it. PLEASE HELP!!
