Comment: Hello, I have a HP laserjet 8150DN which works fine for the majority of our users. When I go to print a text document under a specific user it prints in a scale of grey. All the text is present however instead of black text it is a shade of gray. All others users work perfectly on this printer and I'm not sure what setting or adjustment can be altered to fix this problem thanks in advance

Reply: (edit)On the computer that is printing grey go to Control Panel - Printers and Faxes if it's got XP or 2000 on it, or to Printers if it's got Win 9x/ME on it. RIGHT click on the HP 8150DN printer icon, select Properties from the list - the setting you need to change to get it to print in black should be there somewhere.
