I'm having the same issue with my 3300 as in this thread http://www.computing.net/drivers/ww...

I was wondering if anyone had a similar solution.

HP says this is the new driver and should work with the scanner.

Okay, I downloaded the file and installed as directed, it did not pick up the scanner when I plugged it back in. When I ran the program it told me no scanner attached and troubleshooting button asked for my OS version which only went as recent as Win98. Not sure this was meant for XP. Thank you for your help though!

This from the d/l site: "Description
The HP ScanJet 3300c scanner driver and software package will work under Windows 98, Me, 2000 and XP. It installs version 3.0.3 of the HP PrecisionScan LTX scanning software onto your system. The update will work with any 3300 series scanner including the: ScanJet 3300C, 3300Cse or 3300Cxi."

Not sure what the problem is.

Sorry.

I have the same exact problem as d9137.

That link is for SCANJET but mine (and d9137's) is LASERJET MFP (All-in-one)...

In the other post, someone was kind enough to put up a ftp server, but it's down now.
Appreciate if someone could put up the ISO again. Or any other help is appreciated.

Turned out I had to use the scanner a few days ago and I tried to find if I could buy a copy of the CD. I called tech support here in HK and they mailed me a CD free of charge! YAY!

If you need the CD, reply to this thread with your email and I'll try to get it online for you.

Hi Avery. If you could email me at quarterstaff-at-gmail.com I would really appreciate a copy of the Driver CD. I can set up an ftp location for the file. Thanks in advance.
