Hello, no one replied to my last thread so i figured i would post a new one with updates.

The laptop i am having trouble with still will not turn on. I have taken it apart and put it back together hoping it was just a lose cable or ZIF connector to no avail. The problem i had before is that it would not turn on or shows any signs of power ( no fans or cpu fans starting). Now, after taking it apart and putting it back together it still does not turn on or shows any signs of life except for now the LED on the power button light up which did not happen b4.

Anyways i think it may be either the Mobo or the CPU. I'm about to switch the CPU with another AMD to confirm this. I did check the power/usb connector with a multimeter and it was running perfectly.

Would CPU fan failure b a possible cause of laptop not starting up? What are the signs os CPU fan failure?

I'm down to either Mobo, CPU, or CPU fan. When i check the cpu i'll post back here with an update.
