HP laptop keys stopped working after spill

after an accidental spill on my hp laptop some of the keys stopped working and just wouldn't work. luckily the rest of it is fine but i still need my keys to type! please help

What did you spill and what method of cleanup did you use?

Look at the Google links for some ideas. Also consult the manufacturers FAQ page or the manual. This is a common occurrence.

It might be possible to remove keyboard and use distilled warm water on it then dry it off with high speed cool hair dryer.

It also may be that other damage has happened but most easy is to try to clean. Second is buy a new keyboard and hope.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
