Every time I start this computer I get the following error message "Windows\system32\hpoidr07.dll bad image". I click on ok and system loads. I think this has something to do with HP printer (?) but the printer works just fine. How do I clear this error message.
Thank you.

no i have never heard of or seen an error exactly like that but that seems along the line of a windows system file error. you could try 'repairing' the windows installation.
