|If you are using buttons or whatever on the multifunction printer / scanner / etc. itself to do the copying, that has nothing to do with whether or not the printer works in Windows.|
If you have not been messing with the printer's software or drivers since the printer last worked in Windows, the most likely thing is you need to plug it into a different USB port.

If you try to print in Windows and that fails, if there is a printer icon in your task bar lower right, you must click on that and clear (delete) all failed printing jobs before you can print successfully.
