Solved how to turn on human active interface windows

Specs: Windows 7
i accidentally disabled my human active interface. now my mouse wont work and i cant log on to my computer. i'm using windows 7. do you have any suggestions on how to make my mouse working again? without my mouse i cant click mo my user icon. pls help

Log onto Windows 7 using just te keyboard, you don't need the mouse.

Use the Tab key, backspace and cursor keys to navigate. Once you a re logged into the computer you can then use the keyboard to bring up Device Manager and re-enable the mouse.
