How to tell the model of the mobo?

Hi, i have a ECS Socket A K7S5A board...i want to update the board drivers. I went to www.ecs.com.tw to get the files. The problem is on the website they list a few K7S5A models...

the board version is written on the bottom of the manual's back cover and on the center of the motherboard itself
you should not need to update the board drivers

That's true, unless you are having some kind of issue with XP. But check the driver information file to see if that was the purpose of the update. Usually it was for some problem with a particular game or some error. Chances are you won't need it and it might even muck up your system.
