Comment: I just wanted to update this as I have found how to stop the touchpad clicking motion.
go to coontrol panel/mouse/advanced/advanced feature settings. in here is a box for "pointer speed & tapping settings", click on the "settings" button, under the "tapping" box, untick the enable tapping box, click on apply & ok. done!
