There should be a CLEAR CMOS jumper on the motherboard. With the power cable disconnected jumper it to the clear position for a second or two and then back to the STANDBY position. The power up the PC. You should be able to enter cmos/bios setup now. Clearing the cmos will reset the date and time to default so you'll need to correct those. The rest of the default setting are probably OK. Then set the cdrom as the first boot device.
