|You can reset the BIOS password on a laptop just as you can a desktop computer. You will have to open up the laptop and find the small battery that powers the CMOS chip. Remove the battery for about 10 seconds and that should reset the BIOS password if that is the issue.|
However, BIOS passwords don't usually contain a username as well so that leads me to suspect that you are talking about a password on the operating system itself. Do a Google search for Password removal from windows and you will find many sites for help. There is a Linux CD that will do the job, you should be able to download the ISO to create it.
