how to reset bios on motherboard?

sorry to bother but i got a bios virus,and i tried to flash my bios with an update,which i download from internet,well,since i've flashed bios my computer doesn't start :\ . i already remove the lithium battery over the night but no sign of life. i turn on the computer and he do the post,but no image and no sound of harddisk, its just a problem of the bios certainly,now the only way is to reset bios manually ,but i don't no how,i already tried removing the jumpers near bios,and still the same. do you know a way how to fix it? please help tkz. by the way my motherboard is a via Kt7 for amd processors.and yes i dont have motherboard manual :\
