need to be more specific. Fix a bad sector....change the read/write head?? Did you go to western digial and download their test for the hard drive?

In many cases....if the drive is beginning to fail....replacement is often the best way to go, then you have some piece of mind it won't crash out and lose the data that most folks seem not to back up. Did you back up the data???

i had my laptop`s LCD broken, and wasen`t abele to use the laptop for 2 months,
today i replaced the lcd and when i open the laptop bios cannot detect the hdd.

im willing to replace the HD but i want to recover the files, even on a sata enclosure the computer can detect that theres a hardrive but it wont show in my computer.

Try using Pc files inspector or recuva, both are free and work pretty good. Do not install them on the drive you are trying to recover.
