you will need the phoenix bios modification tool. You can remove the image or insert your own bmp file. General usage Instructions are here :

I have seen many OEM machines that have custom BIOS, this tool will not work. Nowadays u will be lucky to see award or phoenix BIOS in OEM machines. You know the real meaning of peace only if you have been through the war.
The tool still works on my hpdv2419. Each BIOS Company has their own tool. This is just the one I have dealt with most.
