hello guys, i have lost my data while transferring it to the pen drive. Please help me to recover my data as that data was very important

If you used Cut/Past to transfer the data then it is marked as removed from the hard drive. If the data has not yet been overwritten you should be able to recover it using a program called recuva. Get it from the link below.

If data is important to you then you should maintain at least two copies at all times.

Flash drives are the least reliable of modern storage media. They are also easily lost, stolen, or damaged. They cannot be trusted as primary storage of important files. That should be on some other media, such a a hard drive.

All files of any importance need at least one backup copy. Files that are very important need 2 or more backup copies. Having no backups is asking for trouble.

Data recovery is always hit or miss and cannot be trusted.

If you are going to use any sort of recovery software then do not use the computer again until you attempt the recover.
