Solved how to get rid of a (Copy 1) of a printer in devices

Specs: Win 7 Home Premium SP1 64 bit, 2.16/3G
My Photosmart c5180 stopped printing. I uninstalled/reinstalled the printer and updated the drivers. Now, under devices and printers, the printer shows up, but also a (Copy 1) of the printer is there, and neither one will print. Any suggestions?

You can probably just right click on it and choose 'delete' to get rid of the extra icon. Or uninstall both and do a reinstall.

But since you reinstalled drivers and (I'm sure) have checked the connection the problem is likely with the printer. Running diagnostics on it may give an indication of what the problem is:
