i want to flash my bios with i cd but i tryed to and it said disc boot :faliure

It's the same as doing it with a floppy.

1st you copy the new BIOS file & flash utility to the CD & make the CD bootable. Next, check the BIOS to make sure the CD drive is set as the 1st boot device (change the setting if necessary). Then bootup with the CD in the drive & perform the flash from the DOS prompt

There is a how to on making a bootable CD here. It's much easier to use a floppy drive, but it can be done from a CD.
