Subject: How to disable the Sleep option?OS: windows 2000CPU/Ram: 512Manufacturer/Model: AMD |
Comment: I'm trying to disable the power option of standby (sleep) on windows 2000. Right now when I accidently press the Sleep button on my keyboard the computer goes to standby. I want to not be able to use this button. My setting is: Display Properties -> Power -> Advanced -> When I press the sleep button on my computer is set to Standby and there is no such option to set it to Never like in windows XP. Is there an option to disable going to standby in BIOS ACPI? If so how? Thanks in advance.
