how to disable Recently Changed and Searches

I have a used new pc that ive been trying to cutomnize to my liking. When I open the docment folder <u>on any user</u> I see Folder Recently Changed, and Searches Please someone help I do not want the folders viewable. However if I delete them, It also deletes the iteam from my folders ( pictures, docments, music)

Create a new folder for the pics etc. and move them into the new folder. Then install a program called Cryptext (google it) and install it. After installation, you can right click on the folder and encrypt it with a password of your choosing. No one will be able to view it once encrypted.
