Specs: Windows XP
Hello, I have Dell Latitude laptop, some of the keys did not work and I did not make a problem out of it. Now the problem is, yhe keys that don't work keeps being pressed by themselves and the computer starts up in BIOS (cuz of a malfunctioning DEL key) and it is almost impossible to use the computer. Even if I get to the Windows, then the keys are pressed all the time. I tried to use external keyboard and uninstall the driver of the standard keyboard but everytime i restart the computer it automatically installs its drivers. Is there a way to deactivate the standard keyboard? Can I fix it without taking it to a service? Thanks in advance

Get a precision screwdriver kit and physically remove (Or at least unplug) the keyboard from the laptop.
