|I have a series of MS-DOS 6.22 diskettes with the suffix .vfd and I wish to convert them to something that my system can read so that I can mount them in VirtualBox. This is the instruction that came with them:|
All disks are made with PowerQuest VF Editor and can be converted to floppy by double clicking on the file name. This ensures that the f1rst "Setup" disk is bootable.
I have searched for the Power Quest Editor with no luck and double clicking on the file as suggested in the read-me causes Windows to ask me what programme I wish to use to open the file. I did find one reference to the PQ Editor but it doesn't seem to make any reference to converting these files.
