how to connect sound card to tv

ok so i have a sound blaster live value. i need to connect the audio to play through the tv, so which cable do i need and where do i plug it in (in the sound card) the order is left to right black (out), green (out, speakers), pink (mic), light blue (in), orange (out) at least i think thats what they mean...

You need a stereo cable with a mini stereo plug on one end (to the green jack) and RCA plugs on the other end (to TV audio input).
