Hey guys heres my setup I was just wondering how much wattage I will need in my PSU to run it.
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Manchester 2.2GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Dual Core CPU
XFX PVT73GUGF3 GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce SPP 100 ATX AMD Motherboard
Patriot 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200)
Along with everything I connect to it, my monitor, Wacom Intuous3 Tablet, Keyboard and mouse, and of course this is a Koolance Tower case.
Also the heatsink on the CPU is a Zalman CNPS9500 LED 92mm 2 ball blue LED

As of right now the PSU I have is a 550watt Antec NeoHE550 (550 Watt) PSU
What do you think? Should I upgrade my PSU? If so to what? Or do you think I should be fine?

Yup!
A 550W triple (+12V) railed PSU from a brand like Antec is definitely a winner anyday.
