Strip it down and sell the parts. Same goes for old cars. the parts are worth more than the whole.

HAHA, that thing is bull crap. It says my laptop is worth $100AU/$91US, most laptops like mine go for $700 or more second hand. I even got a really good deal on mine and bought it for $350 second hand. I don't think these estimates should be taken seriously.
