Whatever the market will bear

Depends on location. Where i am you will get 150-200$ tops if you include a monitor too. It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice...

Don't sell it. It keep it for parts or for a server. A new Dell can be had for $299. With the market like that, it's unlikely that your old computer will fetch much.

I'd say down here in Atlanta, you'd be lucky to get $175 WITH monitor.
