Specs: Windows Vista 64 Home premium, 4gb
I need to know what is the best PSU for my system and how may watts does it consume:

AMD Phenom Quad Core 2.2ghz
Gigabyte Motherboard GA-MA770-DS3
Nvidia 8800 GTS DDR3 640MB
4x 1GB Geil 800mhz DDR2 RAM
2x 250GB Western Digital Caviar (RAID 0)
2x DVD rewriters

Do NOT judge a PSU based on wattage, amperage on the +12v rail is what's important.

And upgrade your RAM while you're at it. For best performance, the Phenom should be run with DDR2-1066.
