I was just wondering what the experts here thought of it.
Thanks

looks like the same mobo as this except for the cooling system on the chipset. It is a little cheaper on new egg and alot cheaper if you get the refurbished board.

166$

refurbished: 113$

Other than that I was going to buy this board except I got a free mobo when I bought my evga 7800gt video card. I still might buy the a8n-sli. my eVga mobo does not have firewire and a few other things - but over all a decent board. The asus is top of the line in my opinion.

Thank you for your opinion. I live in N.Z and am looking at buying this board from tradme ( a really good nz auction site). There is a deluxe and a premium is there much difference or are they the same board

The Delux and the premium are nearly identical. The main difference is the cooling for the chipset. The Deluxe version used a fan. There were apparently some problems with the fan being too loud and some failures. So, the company produced the Premium version which uses a heatpipe to cool the chipset. This means that it is silent and has no moving parts to break. I have the premium and am very happy with it.
