how do I use an apple monitor on an xp comput

Specs: Windows XP pro sp2
I just bought this apple monitor and want to use it on my windows xp computer, can someone help me do this?

Plug the monitor cable into the back of the computer, plug in the power cord, switch the monitor on, boot the computer, configure the display resolution to the monitor's native resolution (see the spec sheet) - enjoy.

I am aware of how to connect a monitor to a computer, however, The connecter on the monitor is different being it is apple and will not fit a standard pc dvi or vga recepticle I know they make adapters for this but can't find out where to get them. Can anyone help?
